求める人材: Essential ・Degree, diploma or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology or a related field. ・At least 4 years' experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or technical support. ・Experience managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows, macOS and cloud services. ・Strong knowledge of networking, endpoint management, identity and access management. ・Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ・Professional working proficiency in both English and Japanese. ・Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. ・Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and professional integrity. Desirable ・Experience working in an international school or educational environment. ・Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Google or ITIL. ・Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure or cloud administration. ・Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and information security frameworks. ・Experience leading IT projects or coordinating technical teams. ・Scripting or automation skills (e.g. PowerShell). ・Experience supporting classroom technology, AV systems or school events. ・Experience with vendor management and IT procurement.
